Raw Reishi Power Balls

Reishi_Power_Balls

Ingredients

– 150 gram Almonds
– 30 gram Sunflower seeds
– 65 gram Goji Berry
– Raisins gram 125
– 50 gram Coconut, shredded
– 15 gram Cocoa powder, raw
– 10 gram Maca root powder
– 10 gram Mesquite powder
– 20 gram Reishi Powder
– 10 gram Sprouted chia seed powder
– 2 gram Cinnamon powder
– 220 gram Dates, pitted
– 1 pinch Salt
– 70 millimeter Maple Syrup

Instructions

– process almonds until rough chop
– add all ingredients besides dates, syrup
– pulse a few times
– add dates, process until dates are mixed through
– add maple syrup until it sticks together
– roll into balls, coat in coconut
– dehydrate for 12hrs, 120F
