Chaga_Chocolate

Ingredients

– 200 gram Cocoa beans, raw with husk
– 80 gram Cocoa butter
– 100 gram Cane juice crystals
– 20 gram Chaga powder
– 1 vanilla bean, fresh
– 1 pinch Sea salt

Instructions

– add all ingredients into blender (Vita Mix works best)
– high speed setting
– use tapper
– blend until warm & smooth
– greased your mould using cocoa butter
– pour into mould
– let cool down
– break into pieces
