Mushroom Lentil Pâté

Ingredients

– 500gm Mushrooms (oyster, shiitake, cremini), sliced
– 1 medium Onion, diced
– 1 teaspoon Garlic
– 1 teaspoon Cumin, powder
– 1/4 teaspoon Cardomon
– 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon Salt
– 1 cup Lentils
– 100 gram Walnut
– 50 milliliter Olive oil

Instructions

– cook lentils in salted water
– seperatly cook onion in olive oil then add mushrooms
– add rest of ingredients except walnuts
– when all cooked add all ingredients to walnuts
– process in food processor until smooth
– serve with crackers, bread, or into a sandwich
